At Edlectric, we believe you should know what your electrical work will cost before we get started.

Our call-out rates are clearly set out below, with VAT included and no hidden call-out charges added on top.
 

Standard Call-Out
 

Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
 

£100 including VAT — first hour
 

£50 including VAT — each additional 30 minutes
 

The first-hour charge includes attendance and up to one hour of labour. After the first hour, labour is charged in 30-minute increments.
 

Evenings & Weekends
 

Monday – Friday | 5:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturday & Sunday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
 

£150 including VAT — first hour
 

£70 including VAT — each additional 30 minutes
 

The first-hour charge includes attendance and up to one hour of labour. After the first hour, labour is charged in 30-minute increments.
 

What’s Included?
 

Our call-out charge covers:

• Travel to your property within our standard service area

• Up to one hour of an electrician’s time

• Initial fault finding and diagnosis

• Professional electrical testing where required

• A clear explanation of the fault and recommended next steps
   

Any replacement parts or materials required are charged separately. Where additional or substantial work is required, we’ll discuss the cost with you before proceeding.
 

Larger & Planned Work
 

Not every electrical job is best suited to an hourly call-out rate.

EICRs start from £190 including VAT for a 1 bedroom flat.
 

For planned installations, upgrades and larger jobs, we can provide a fixed quotation based on the work required.

This means you’ll know the agreed price before the work begins.
